Looking for very simple usb graphic card

Hallo!

For my application, i am looking for someting like a graphic card.
It shall be connected to usb and shall generate a tv signal(composite or
s-video) No special graphic modes needed, just text mode.

I have seen taketv from sandisk, but it comes with 8gb memory(which i dont
need at all)

Can anybody help me ?

Most modern graphics cards have a normal video connection for a PC monitor
and a TV-out connector. A graphics card like this would mean you don't need
a fancy USB device, but tell us what you are trying to do...

I have got a very small pc with 300 mhz , used as a server, without
graphic card, and without pci not agp slot. just serial, usb and network

There are various versions of "USB to VGA" adapters.

Connect the VGA output, to a scan converter, to develop a composite
or S-video output.
