Looking for USB cable solution

I plug into my computer a cell phone, camera, mp3 player, blue tooth
headset, etc., etc. Is there a magical USB cable that will allow me
to connect ANY of these devices, whether normal or mini size, that
will allow Windows to recognize them? I've posted a 5-in 1 cable kit
below, but was wondering if there was anything better or different I
might use.
