There is no such place, they are not publicly available. What you do is
contact Microsoft Product Support Services, tell the person who answers the
phone that you want the hotfix specified in KB article 884897, and they will
send it to you (or provide you with an FTP site where you can download it).
Microsoft does not charge for calls requesting supported hotfixes specified
in KB articles.
