With my old computer, I easily backed up my Quicken files on a floppy.
Insert>Copy>Done!!! I now have a new Dell with no Floppy Drive. I follow
the instructions on how to backup to CD-RW. The instructions are basically
the same, except I have to choose E Drive, {that's the location of my CD
burner}. When I attempt to do this operation, I get a message that says,
"Unable to access the disk in Drive E". Whatever option I choose next, I Get
the message: "Unable to write to Drive".
Thanks for any help, or a better NG to post to.
