Looking for Suggestions - XP Setup

I need to install XP on a few systems...

None of the systems have a floppy drive and I need to be able to load a
driver and use an unattend.txt file during setup.

How have some of you gotten around this? I was thinking an external USB
floppy, but I'm pretty sure setup wont see the drive if its connected USB.

ANy help or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!
 
What type of floppy drive? USB? Will that be recognized during the setup
process?

Integrate it (all) on the installation CD with nLite:
