Looking for (sticky) notes

I'm looking for sticky notes that is automaticly arranged or sorted.

The note should be possible to

1. stick on the screen.
2. when taken away from screen it should by choice remain in a mapp
/database or small register.

Hints please!

I tried a number of the freeware sticky's amd then and up with a pay
program called Turbonotes at www.turbonote.com. Should do everything you
want. While not freeware, I think they have sponsored notes or they used
to have a type of almost free note. Perhaps you will find what you want
in the free choices. Also checkout NoNags.com they usually have a number
of programs of each flavor, they may have what you want. gl!
