looking for specific screen saver slide show

i had one at one time that lets you set the # of seconds it took for
an image to fade out and the # of seconds it took for an image to fade
in. anyone have an idea as to what i may be talking about? you had
to specify the directory where the images were stored.

the one i was looking for allowed you to specify which directory the images
were in and the icon looked like a Windows 2K or XP icon if that helps.
 
I downloaded a demo several months ago that sounds exactly like what you are
describing- but it isn't freeware.
