looking for someone with exp creating offline CDs JASC

I am got JASC Photo Album with my new Dell. However, I am having some challenges in creating offline CDs. It should create thumbnails and save it on your HD. and then you could take the CD out of the drive and have your images offline. But somehow I just cannot seem to do it right
I need some help

Thank you for the lead, but I have tried already and sent my question over 1 week ago, and today got a reply. The emails are handled by tech support in India, they don't have a clue what we ask, such a waste...................I wrote a very short and concise questions and still they didn't get it.
