looking for software

I am looking for some software that I can use to have my hourly employees
clock in and out for work. A Timeclock if you will.

I would like to be able to have it so that they are not able to sign into
Windows untill they have clocked in.
The current software I am using doe not do that. (TimeClockPlus)
