Looking for software that can manage my schedule and tasks!

Hi,

I am looking for software that can manage my daily work. I found that
Microsoft Outlook is pretty good for me so far. Especially the "Task"
component, with which I can see my current task in different view. But my
laptop is very old and I can't afford Microsoft Outlook. Is there any good
OpenSource software that can be used efficiently as Microsoft Outlook? I
searched Sun OpenOffice, but I couldn't find similar tool as Outlook.

Is there online office management software that we can use?

You should be able to find very reasonably priced licenses of Office on
eBay.
