Looking for program launcher

Hi,

I'm looking for a program launcher that can handle relativ pathes.
I want to use it on my USB-Memory-Stick. On every computer it has a
different drive letter, so I need a program launcher that can handle this.

Couldn't you launch a batch to path to (example) E:\MyApps; F:\MyApps etc
etc?
