Looking for pet record program

I am looking for a program that will let me keep track of my pets age,
shots, tests, illness, etc.

I know I could probably do it in Excel or some other program but was
wondering if there is a commercial program that will do it. It can be
freeware, shareware or paidware. If shareware or paidware please
e=mail me.
