looking for permission manager

I'm looking for a software which could allow me to copy NTFS permissions
from one folder to another, show somehow my whole disk permission status,
keep everything tidy (instead of clicking properties/security/advanced
everytime). Any ideas?
 
NTFS permissions should be maintained if you are copying files from one
folder to another on the same NTFS volume. Is that not the case for you?
 
I mean the case when I configure nicely one folder for users (various
permissions, auditing settings), and then copy all the info onto the other
folder.
