Looking For Outlook Express Backup

I have a couple of friends that use Outlook Express (yea, I know!), and they
need something to back up their addresses, identities, filters, and
configuration settings. Any recommendations?

Hahahaha!

Unlike me, my friends aren't geeks. When they read a word like "export" or
"edit", they get a 12 mile stare. :)

I'm looking for nothing harder than clicking on an icon. Truth is, I'm tired
of going and fixing their e-mail back after they get virused.
