I read the KB article 895395.
Now I need the hotfix, but I can't find it.
Does anyone know how I can get this hotfix?

Follow the instructions in the article. Microsoft won't charge for the
hotfix.
 
Call 1-800-936-4900 (press 3 for hotfixes) and tell them you're calling to
obtain the hotfix described in KB [number] and they should fix you right up.
