Looking for low cost video card with TV-out.

I'm building a music server to put in my living room. I'll use remote
desktop to control it most of the time. However, I may want to watch
an occasional movie on it or control it from within the same room.
Therefore, I will hook the video to my TV. What recommendations would
people have for a decent videocard that will play movies or DVD's using
my TV as output? I will be going through my video 3 connection on my
reciever, which is composite or S-video.

a Radeon 9200 of some variety will do - look for one with passive heatsink
cooling rather than heatsink and fan. try to avoid the SE versions if
possible. expect to pay around £20-£25
