I know this is a sretch, but here goes anyway. I sell supplies to
various industries. Everything sold has 12 price levels. I
maintain a database with appx 5700 line items to maintain cost and
price levels. In addition to this there is a spreadsheet for each
customer to maintain their specific pricing (everyone gets different
pricing) The actual invoicing is done in Quickbooks after toggling
between all this data! If you guys know of a program that will help
me it would be greatly appreciated. It may sound like big business,
but I am really a one man operation.

Thanks in advance

Sorry don't know of any freeware, but I suggest looking at a proper
database tracking system to keep all that inline and within the single
application...

This way you can track your clients, what they have bought, and when
invoicing and set it up to meet your needs and allow it to grow as your
company grows etc.

I personally use FileMaker but is costly, However it very easy to use
and design your own solution. you should also be able to import your data
you have now.

I am building a free standalone solution that would be able to most of
what you ask, however it is a while off and I don't have much time..
