Looking for inventory software for tracking samples

I work in the marketing department of a supplier of hardwood flooring and responsable for sending out samples and displays to dealers. I am looking for a program that I can use to keep track of the inventory of the samples and give reports
 
I'm not sure what it is to "keep track of the inventory of the samples" but I believe that this program can keep track of both samples and customers.
