I can't find this part anywhere, I called HP, searched their parts
online, no luck. Here it is in HP's "Upgrading and Servicing Guide":

It is shown in several pages, the best illustration is on page 8. I
want to add 2 extra disks in the empty lower-front section but I can't
find a way to mount them.
I don't know exactly what might be needed to add a hard drive to
your computer.
It could be, that a 3.5" hard drive, will just screw to the rack
directly.
On a 5.25" slot, if you had a CDROM drive, you might have to
connect "sliders" to the sides of the drive, and then slide
it into place and lock it.
If you have a 3.5" drive, and want to use a 5.25" bay, there
is this kit. These pieces of metal used to come, for free,
with retail boxed hard drives. Now that many companies sell
OEM drives, with no hardware, you don't get this metal for
free any more. (Note that, you still have to bolt the plastic
slider or equivalent mechanism to the sides of these pieces
of metal. The purpose of the metal, is to make up the missing
width, and does not provide a universal mounting mechanism.)

There are all sorts of proprietary carrier designs that can be
included in a computer case, but for those, they had better
be included with the case. Otherwise you'd never find them
for sale.
