Looking for freeware LED sign maker for web page

Does anyone know of a freeware led sign maker such as the on I have on my
page at http://members.aol.com/larrystark/links.htm that was made with gif
construction set professional ??

When I think LED Sign, I think Java

I make this the third time you've asked recently, so I guess the answer
is "no".

I did look for such freeware after your first post, but I didn't turn
anything up.

Thanks for the reply. I did a google search but found nothing amd was hopeing (SP)
someone might know of a program. I did not even come up with a shareware or payware. :-(
