Looking for fix ... Disk Contents Are Not Refreshed in Windows Explorer When You Press F5

I have a copy of that file which is dated more recently and somewhat larger
than the webpage suggests, it has clearly come from a service pack on this
machine. You are most welcome to email for a copy if you wish but I would
ask if you are maybe a service pack behind? I don't have time to check which
pack but since this machine is 100% up to date it could be any I guess. I
know some can't update just like that so if the copy will do it's fine by
me. Can't be responsible for any adverse consequences though.
