looking for file BdaPlgln.ax for installation of a TV cardbus

I am trying to install AVERTV Cardbus Pro to my Compaq presasio 2800
running windows XP SP2
During installation of the software using the installation CD of the Card
I am receiving a message indicating that it needs a file : "BdaPlgln.ax" which
schould be in the "windows XP SP2 CD".
I dont have that CD becouse I upgraded tru internet.
THis file does not exisit in my computer.
This file also does not exist in the computers of my friends.
I could also not find it anywhere in the internet.
I need help....

When it requests the XP cd, insert the AVERTV Cardbus Pro CD which has
the needed file. You may have to browse to the right folder. Or copy
the file to the i386 folder and it'll possibly be seen there during the
install.
