Looking for Drag and Drop Image WebControl

If youve ever used Ofoto or Yahoo! Photos, you may have seen ActiveX
controls that permit drag and drop from a users desktop to an IE web
browser. These controls support thumbnail views as well.

Neither company was interested in talking to me about licensing the
controls, so I'm wondering if anyone can provide me with a lead on a company
that will either license or provide a control that performs the same
functions.
