Hi,

when setting up a software package like MS Exchange server or MS SQL
database, various entries have to be made in a lot of dialog boxes. For
documentation purposes I used the ALT/Print keys and inserted then the
generated grafic into a Word dokument. This is repeated for every dialogbox.
Sometimes a short text (like remarks to the shown grafic) is to be entered
manually.

This procedure is not as fast as i desire, because a lot of mouse clicks or
key strokes are necessary for documenting a single dialogbox.

I am looking for a software which does the documentation for a dialogbox
with only one or two clicks, i.e. on click 1 I open the desired dialogbox,
on click 2 (or key stroke F4, for example) the window is a) stored in a
predefined folder with autonumbering the file name, or b) appended to an
open document like a Word document. This procedure should take only 1 or 2
seconds per dialogbox.

Is such a software as freewae avilable?

Many thanks in advance.
