Hello people.

I need a CPU temperature monitor program that can do an action (e.g. emit a
VERY LOUD sound from the speakers) in case of overheating/fan failure.

It's for a server running Windows 2000.

Do you know of any?

Most recent Motherboards include utilites to monitor the MB, check the
install CD or manufacturers website.

If the MB has temp sensors they usually have an option in BIOS to raise
an alarm on the builtin speaker. No point otherwise.

Motherboard Monitor 5 from mbm.livewiredev.com

It will sound an alarm as well as taking other user specified actions
such as shutting down a PC. Runs as a service too.
