Hi all, I am looking for a book which explains the finer detail of the
correct use of ALL individual Controls. i.e. Properties, Methods & events
etc. I know I can search the help but what I am interested in is a book
containing the raw information which the features of each control. For
example I purchased John Walkenbachs book "Excel 2002 Power Programming with
VBA" (an excellent book) and was initially puzzled by the return value from
a combobox he had used in one of his examples. I wasn't at first aware of
the differences between the form controls and the activeX controls in VB.
Unless I had had Johns example I would not have been aware of the behaviour
of the Form Combobox hence unless you are aware in advance then it is
impossible to decide which control is suitable and can return what is
required.
Sorry if this seems to go round in a circle but I hope you see what I am
getting at .
Regards Fred
