I am looking for a computer that has Terminal Services / Remote Desktop
Connection set up on their computer that might be willing to let me
access it.

I just want to be able to access Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, Ebay and possibly
MSN Messenger. Nothing fancy, just a few simple things that I am
unable to get to from work.

If anyone has a box set up that would be willing to create me a guest
account and have access through Remote Desktop Connection, I would
really appreciate it!

Thanks!

Use your home computer for that (setting RDC).

I don't have the capability to setup RDC at my own house, that's why
I'm looking for something that would be willing to let me connect to
theirs.

How do you know that your employer allows to use RDC from their network?
Do you know if TCP port 3389 is open?

From a security standpoint there is absolutely no way I would do this for
you or suggest to anyone else that they do this for you.

You either need to find a friend/relative/significant other/etc to do this
or setup a PC at home.

Beyond that. and as noted by Peter, your employer may have policies that
preclude you from connecting from your companies trusted network (your work
PC) to an untrusted network (home or otherwise)...
