Looking for an idle timer to restart a browser to homepage (screensaver?)

We have winxp machines setup for a kiosk.
Looking for a way to reset the browser after a set period of inactivity.
Found a few that log the user out or reboot - but would like to just restart
the browser.
Some users close the browser only for the next user to find a blank screen.
There must be a simple way to just restart the browser.
Any suggestions,

Perhaps task scheduler and Idle Time setting?

You can prevent IE from being closed. This can be achieved by editing the registry. For more info,

Note the NoBrowserClose DWORD.

I've tried this in the past -> problems we had were many new windows open
that can't be closed.
I'd like to somehow refresh the session after an idle period back to the
homepage.

Contact e-motional.com software ( http://www.e-motional.com ). I am
not sure if any of their screensavers have that option already built in
but they can probably do a custom modification for you.
