Looking for a software for managing my quotations collections

Hi,

I am looking for a shareware/free ware software via which I can keep
track of all the quotations that I have been gathering over the years.
Ideally I would like the software to be able to search for quotations by
topics/keywords, author, etc.

I'll appreciate your help.

Learner - using Google.com, search for [freeware data base] and such,
without the brackets.
