I think Vantec, the silver one with the 4 controlers.

Any other ideas ?

Just going to put all my fans on 7 Volts i mean 5 volts when not
playing games.

Read the customer comments below the item. Sounds better to me than
the Vantec one as it can shut the fans right off too. I don't have one
but think I will get one. Zalman make a nice one too but it is on the
expensive side.
