looking for a freeware TASK SCHEDULER program

that will work with Windows NT and / or Windows XP Home Edition under
any and all types of users accounts (without the limitations of the
BUILT-IN Task Scheduler for Windows).

Can any of these programs be made to run only when needed?

I'm using Mother Board Monitor 5 and my anti-spam program occasionally
starts using 100% of the CPU cycles. I would like MBM 5 to launch a
program that terminates the anti-spam program and was wondering if any
of the above could be part of a solution.

I don't know nuffink about computers so please be tolerant of any
naviete in the above.

It looks like my spelling is none too good either! :)
