can anyone tell me about an easy to use and search problem, software and
hardware tracking software for a small IT shop?

Not looking for any enterprise editions
ideally the software allows ad-hoc search and report, search by
priority,o/s, complete, pending..

thx but that is too much - need internet server. seem more like enterprise
class
