Hello,
I'm looking for a good folder splitter to put around 15Go of folders
onto CDs. I've tried many freewares and sharewares but it needs to :
- put splitted folders uncompressed on CD for direct access (unlike most
of the programs that Zip or have their own split-and-join format)
- put parts of splitted folders on succesive CDs (unlike Burned To The
Brim that can spread folders anywhere to save space)
- be able to keep those splitted folders on the HD instead of direct
burning ("Backup to CDRW made simple" from Willow Creek was almost
perfect but failed on burning the 5th CD, without possibilty to resume,
so I can't trust direct burning)
I could use some backup software but I can't see a way to make a virtual
700MB volume and simulate media swap when full...
If you know any other software that could do the job...
To make it simple : split 15Go of folders (without large files, only
many small Words docs) into 700Mo folders on the hard-disk.
Many thanks.
