I used to check a particular freeware list occasionally but I've lost the
link (and I can't remember the name). It listed a short table of new
freeware and updates each day.

I know this is a pretty general question, but I'm hoping the description
rings a bell with someone and they can post the link or the name. Thanks in

Many freeware and shareware archive sites have simlar pages. Some of
those also have RSS feeds. Some also present this information weekly
or monthly via an email newsletter.
