looking for 1099 form template can be any office suite program
You can download most Forms, as well as Instructions and other Publications,
from the IRS website. They'll most likely be Adobe Acrobat format, but you
can scan that in. Or, perhaps, with a current Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can
just fill in the appropriate fields and print that for your needs.
Go to
http://www.irs.gov and search for Form 1099 within the IRS Site --
there are a number of different types of Form 1099, so you'll need to know
what kind you need. For example, Form 1099-INT is used to report interest
paid, Form 1099-MISC is used to report a number of different kinds of
payment, including "non-employee compensation" paid to contract workers, and
there are others.
