looking again for answer to body tags combination

someone emailed the answer for my question on combining the various commands
for a couple of scripts I had on my site that wouldn't work as they were
competing against each other - for the life of me I can not find that
answer - it was for a java script, the background, and wav file - if you
know who you are - or saw this answer, please post again
