I have searched, but could not locate a truly free addin for Outlook (XP)
for email templates / canned responses. Anyone know of a good adding for
Outlook?

What I want is not the templates but an addin that allows me to complete an
email based on a template. Like a I choose a drop-down item from a toolbar
and select 'Template 1' and the email is filled in accordingly.

I should have explained that better...

Exactly like the one from MapiLab..Problem is that no one has a truly free
one available. I may have to add this to my list of software to create and
provide the public with a 100% free Template addin for Outlook.
 
Thats close. I just want something that integrates with Outlook. I had
already created a standalone application to send mass emails but wanted
something that was tightly integrated with Outlook..
