Don't get your hopes up, I can't pay anything...
But I have a few programs that are started, but with two part time jobs
and consulting on the side, it's hard to find time to actually get work
done. I have extensive experience in all of these verticals, but just
don't have the time to really run with them.
If anyone is interested, here are a few of the ideas that I have
started in on:
1) Existing opensource project at
http://www.codeproject.com/aspnet/RapidWebAppDev.asp I have a lot of
new features that I have added, but organizing them into an article and
getting them paired down without the specific site modifications will
take a little bit of time.
2) Web Spider/Parser. I know that Google/Froogle has already done this,
but there are a few things that we can do better. I already have this
started, about 30% done, and I will be doing a lot more work for a
client of mine, but wanted some help to do more user friendly things to
it and then we can productize the remainder and sell it for at least 60
bucks a pop.
3) File deduper program. The deduper portion of this program is already
done, but the UI still needs some shell integration where we can get
thumbnails and batch delete of dupes done. Just not enough time for
this one since no one is paying me.
4) Backup program. Used for home and corporate users. This is partially
started, but I have marketing channels for it afterwards.
There are a few more that don't have any development done on them yet,
so lets talk about them and maybe get a team together to make some
killer apps.
