Looks good mate, may i asked a few questions though?

You didn't fancy havinga go at a diy system then? Its good fun and very satisfying. :)

What make is the PSU?

What make is the Ram?

Thought about it, but diy seemed too much hassle...we had a problem to solve (too many people wanting to go on it... namely, me and b*stard 10 year old brother :D)

Psu: **Cyberpower Recommended** NZXT PF-500 500Watt Power Supply

Memory: Corsair

Hopefully it will crunch, I have been looking into crunching with my current 'rig'..turns out it aint up to it.

I got it yesterday, should be shipping 'after production'.... couple of days, a week at most it will arrive at doorstep :D

Thanks mate for having a look at it, wanted a good second opinion :)

And no, im not making the same mistake with norton ..

Get the router working hopefully, my hours and hours of music, and as much free anti virus stuff from spywarepoint as i can get :D

Well you know where to come if you have probs dont ya? Yep thats right PCR. :D

Is it custom spec job then?

Corsair is good, its what i use.
But i never heard of the psu make.

V_R mate, i always use PCR :thumb: :D

Yeah, i picked the parts i wanted and they built it which is the best way!

I use Corsair at the mo as well, very good indeed.

The psu was highly recommended by the site, and i didnt want to pay an unholy sum of money for a 900w psu...

I will enjoy it thanks :)... ahh i can smell the power now.. :D

Seems reasonable price mate. How much was it for the bigger 19" tho?

It will crunch yes, and very well same CPU that I have altho think maybe goin for a 4800 soon before they start becoming very scarce!

The 19" was only about £30 more expensive than the monitor i did get, but i really do not have enough room for a 19"!

lol yes, havent seen many 4800 at all! :D

Is it a good cpu the one i bought? noticibly different from a single 2400?

A shame mate. The 19" should have been a definate choice. Personally I would have made the room dont think I could go any lower than 19" now, I would be knocking walls down ;)

As for the CPU yes good choice a SKT939 but hey it does its job very well indeed m8 trust me you will notice the difference!

:p I was assuming you were jealous...

Yes V_R mate you still have the edge..til they bring out the next fastest cpu/ video card...

:D

Nah - It's a load of rubbish and only worth about £50 - sorry, only joking :D .

Sounds like a very good spec and you should notice a significant speed boost and you're getting it just in time for all the new games coming out. Don't forget Crysis.
Let us know what it's like when you get it.

No of course I'm not jelous, not in the slightest, not the least little bit ....

With a 6600GT at the moment, it can perform surprisngly well... but i play most games at 20 fps. Now with this new card, things will run supersmooth, and i can run applications i could never think about running before... :D
