Look for:Phone Number, search in: Contacts

I would like to be able to search by Phone Number
Look for: (Phone Number) Search in: Contacts

and the result will show the Ownwer/Contact of that Number

Feature already exists.
It's called "Advanced Find.."
Try it, you'll like it.
