When I am sending out a meeting request, is there a way that I can look at
others schedule first, so I know when they're busy?

To me, it seems like when I am making a meeting and I click invite, I add
the invitee and then I should be able to click "Scheduling" and my "booked
time" and the "booked time" of the invitees should show up. It doesn't. Do
I have a setting wrong?

I think our server is set up correctly because the PC users in our office
use Outlook and this works for them. They can even see our (Entourage
users) "booked time".

Thanks, Amy

Open a new meeting/appointment item and put in the proposed time and then
use the Invite Attendees. After putting in the names of the proposed
attendees, use the slider to choose the best time or use the picker.
