the end result woudl be great if it had the look of a simple flyer/brochure a
landscape (a4 or legal) page folded twice to give 3 pages.
If you have Publisher, I agree with Michael ... use it instead. It probably
even has templates for 3-folds
If you're stuck with PPT for some reason, you don't need a template.
Take a piece of A4 and fold it as desired, measure where the folds fall relative
to the center of the page. Sketch out where you want everything to appear,
making sure it looks good when folded.
Start a blank PPT presentation, do File, Page Setup and choose A4 or Legal,
Horizontal.
Turn on your guides and hold Ctrl while you drag vertical guides to the needed
distances from page center as you've just measured. That will produce add'l
guides.
Now add text/graphics as needed.
Add a second slide for the opposite side and lay it out.
When you go to print, choose A4 or Legal in the Printer setup dialog box and
remove the check next to the "Scale to paper" option. If your printer will do
doublesided printing, go for it. Otherwise you'll have to run pages through
twice, one for each side. Some printers are ok with this, but the manufacturer
may recommend against it.
