How long is anyone's best guess that servers will continue to host FrontPage
Extensions?

Thanks.

Extensions on Unix and Windows 2000 servers are no longer available or
supported by Microsoft.
Extensions on Windows 2003 servers will be supported by Microsoft for
the life of Windows 2003 - full support is for 2 years after Server 2008
is retailed, and 3 further years of extended support.
FP2002 extensions for Server 2008 are available.

However, it is entirely up to the host or server admin whether
extensions are installed on the server, and for how long they remain
supported by the host/admin. Some hosts are removing extensions from
all servers now.

Thanks for the info. I'm still using FP2000. And my host server
www.prolinkhosting.com keeps the extensions on the server and my verison
works fine. I think there are more FP users around the world then most
people realize. It would behoove all host servers who have FP webmasters to
keep it around for another 10 years.. Doesn't take anything to intall the
sofware on the server. Far less complicated then PHP, ASP, MYSQL etc.
