long startup

on startup my system comes to desktop in 30 secs, but some process is runing in the back that prohibits me form doing nothing until 60 more seconds. I ran bootvis and it is till the same, by looking at the activity via bootvis I saw that HSF_MSFT.SYS (my modem driver) works a lot and thats the problem... I have no clue as to what it might b doing....

i have bootvis logs saved and hijackthis logs too, please answer by mai

i allready checked my startup programs and none is the proble

please help
 
Check also the processes under msconfig. Click to hide all
microsoft stuff and see whats still running and not has
not ended.
