long pathfile name

im trying to install norton system works onto my computer
im running windows xp home edition.how do i enable the
longpath file name? gratefull 4 any help on this cheers

Longpath file name, i'm guess that would be the same as
long filename support, which is already active in
WindowsXP. i dont think there is a way to go back to the
older 8 (?) letter file naming system in XP. i could be
wrong, but i dont see why norton would not install because
of this.
 
What Version of Norton System Works? A lot of Norton 2002 and prior have
problems with WIN "XP."

Although earlier version don't work with Windows XP, NSW 2002 is
fine with it.
