Long opening time in the explorer

Hi,

since a few days, my explorer takes for ever to show my drives. flashlight
appears and searches for the data. After about 1one till two minutes the
drives are shown and I can access them.
I have a feeling, that is has something to do with the mapped network drives
from my Samba server and my second win xp machine.

Any suggestions on this?

Hi,

thank`s for the quick answer. I deselected the option, but still the
flashlight apears.
Any other idea?
