Duhhh, he didn't say using DOS: He said using DOS COMMANDS, lunkhead!
Learn to read.

It's quite possible from what I've read but not something I know how to do.

Not sure about this but Is the "runas" command what he is looking for?

I don't think so. However, alt.msdos.batch.nt is a group where they would
know for sure; those guys are great with XP!

Useful pointer. I see there are alt.msdos and alt.msdos.programmer
groups also. Added to my Favorites.

Cheers.

Caution: Some of the pure DOS guys there get upset when they discover it's
XP you're asking about. There are some pretty basic differences with actual
MSDOS and they will let you know in no uncertain terms <g>. That's why the
....batch.nt group was created, in fact.

Hope it does all you need; great places to lurk too!
