Logon to Domain Very Slow

Hi, I hope someone may know a solution to this issue.

I have a small network of 7 PC's connected to a Domain.
Some of the machines are Windows XP and some are Windows
2000. The server is running Windows 2000.

When you get to logging on at one of teh workstations it
seems to take more that 2 or 3 minutes to 'Loading your
personal setting' and Applying Computer Settigs' after
enting your username and password. Basically the
connection to the Domain is very slow.

The network is running at 100Mbps so I do not believe it
is a network switch problem.

Any Thoughts?

I have the same problem too, except my server is running Windows SBS 2003
It seems that this only happen to Windows XP but not Windows 2000

Any ideas?
