I have Windows XP Home. I have 2 servers, Senet and Bigpond Broadband and am connected to both. I can Logon to Senet and manage my Account quite satisfactorily. During the last 2 months a problem has developed : when I attempt to Logon to Bigpond with my correct Username and Password, an emptied Logon box re-appears. I am frequently advised, seemingly at random, on screen that " The Bigpond Toolbar details are incorrect.' (which they are NOT) 'Please re-enter your Bigpond user name and password to enable your up-to-date information to be displayed." When I do so, I still cannot Logon
I have repeatedly rung #133933 being Bigpond's Technical Help. (My ADSL Modem has the three green lights and I can both send and receive Emails.) I am told by those at that Help that they CAN Logon with my user name and password and that the problem therefore is with Microsoft and your Windows and that I should contact you. My whole system is Virus-Worm-free. The Packar Bell computer is less than 6 months old and under extended guarantee.
I await your help and support. Thank you. Harry Medlin

Hi Harry,
Sorry to break this to you, but who is the "YOU" you were told to contact ?
Certainly not a newsgroup!
If your Windows XP is OEM from Packard Bell, I'd contact THEM before any
support time you have expires
