Logon Scripts load every other time.

Update after more testing.
If I login on two machines with the same account it works
fine both times. Then if I login again the scripts do not
work. However, the next time they work again. It is still
only working every other login time unless I restart the
pc.

I would really appreciate any help on this issue.
